How does Equidit real estate crowdfunding work?

Equidit crowdfunding allows multiple investors to pool their money and collectively invest in larger real estate projects than they could on their own.
As an investor in a crowdfunding deal, you, along with dozens or even hundreds of other investors, purchase a portion of interest in a property or real estate project, similar to owning shares in a company. Capital that is raised goes to the real estate developer to invest in building, renovating or recapitalizing the property, which generates ROI for each investor.

Does Equidit own properties I can also buy?

Yes we have multiple properties across Dubai, New York, UK, China, Thailand, Australia and many more available for purchase and rentals.

Are there any minimum qualifications I need to meet to be able to invest?

Investment opportunities on the RealtyMogul platform are offered to both accredited and non-accredited members, depending on the investment.

How does the investing process work?

What are the general timeline for this investment?

Until an investor target is met but as an investor you can collect your funds and returns anytime you choose. Equidit has no right to hold your funds or returns after you request for withdrawal.

How are legal documents handled on the Equidit platform?

All legal documents can be sent and signed electronically through our platform software. This allows for more efficient and seamless transfer of documents between you and the real estate company offering the investment, while maintaining the authenticity and security of your information. Investments are finalized once proper legal documentation is accepted, funds are confirmed received, and you are provided with completed countersignatures.
